A boutique luxury stay tucked away in Byron Bay, brought to life online through a layered, editorial layout and thoughtful movement. Designed by Marius Marius and developed by me—this one was all about elevating the experience without losing the stillness.

About the Project

Villa Riad’s brand designer, Marius Marius, reached out with a vision: a calm, elegant online experience that mirrors the softness and sophistication of the space itself. He sent over his designs in Adobe XD—full of flow, texture, and intentionality—and I translated them into a custom-built Squarespace site using advanced techniques I learned from Squarestylist and the Standout Squarespace course.

This was a build rooted in collaboration, clarity, and care—where every scroll, section, and sticky button serves the design, not the other way around.

I took Marius’ Adobe XD layout and transformed it into a fully responsive, custom-coded Squarespace build—adding subtle animations, sticky elements, and immersive gallery interactions.
